Italpinas is a publicly listed real estate company established in 2009 that focus on developing sustainable green certified properties in the up-and-coming cities in the Philippines. It uses passive and active green design strategy to deliver sustainable properties at an affordable price to the market.

From January 2023, Italpinas started its transition to became a holding company. The real estate development will be carry over by its subsidiaries. IDC Prime Inc. for the Market A & B and IDC Homes Inc. for the Market C. Italpinas also owns Prima Management Corporation which provide leasing and property management services.
