Conglomerate Structure
Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC™), is a publicly listed real estate developer of sustainable property in the Philippines. As a forward-thinking parent company, IDC™ is committed to fostering a culture of sustainability within its real estate development endeavors. By strategically guiding its subsidiaries, IDC™ prioritizes the development of eco-friendly and energy-efficient buildings.
To strengthen this philosophy, IDC™ always aims to obtain certifications from Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE), a green certification system developed by International Finance Corporation (IFC).
IDC PRIME™ is a subsidiary for luxury and open market development projects. One of its notable projects is the existing Primavera Residences at Pueblo de Oro, Uptown CdO which is also the first green mixed-used condominium certified by EDGE in the city. This opened more ventures for IDC as Primavera City followed soon.
IDC HOMES™ focuses on designing and developing economic and mid-cost residential buildings. As IDC™ aims for a greener and sustainable future, this includes all families in various classes. The success of this vision is proven by the soon-to-rise Verona Green Residences Uptown, which the Phase 1 was immediately sold out in just 2 weeks. This remarkable feat proves IDC™’s effective approach in affordable eco-friendly living even in economic market.
PRIMA™ is IDC™’s subsidiary for property, asset, leasing, and facility management. It offers redefined hospitality experience, making every stay at IDC PRIME™ and IDC HOMES™ units more memorable and worth it.
IMPRESA™ is for the design, development, and construction of notable infrastrutures under IDC™.

He is a member of the Compensation and Remuneration Committee.

43 years old, Filipino, graduated in Law at the University of New South Wales in Australia and was Associate Attorney at Toda & Co. Commercial Lawyers in Australia. Atty. Leviste also serves as the president of Constellation Energy Corporation.
Treasurer and Director
36 years old, Italian, graduated in Civil Engineering at the University of Calabria in Italy with 15+ years’ experience in design, project management, and sustainable real estate development. He is a member of the Nomination Committee.
Independent Director
85 years old, Filipino, graduated in Accountancy at San Beda College with 14 years’ experience in handling various top management positions in a group of companies that includes the country’s largest commercial bank. He is the Chairman of Audit and Risk Oversight Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee & Nominations Committee.

53 years old, Filipino, graduated in Commerce major in Accounting at the De La Salle University with 6 years’ experience working as the Corporate Secretary and Director of the Company and is a director and/or corporate secretary of several private corporations. She is a member of the Audit and Risk Oversight Committee.
Independent Director
81 years old, Filipino, graduated Bachelor of Arts course and Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Philippines and is the founding and senior partner of the law firm D. A. Tejero & Amoranto Law Offices. He was a vice-president and associate general counsel of San Miguel Corporation when he retired on December 31, 1990 after more than 17 years of service. He is the chairman of Nominations Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Oversight Committee.

32 years old, Filipino, graduated in Business Management with a Minor in Entrepreneurial Development at the Ateneo de Manila University in 2013 and graduated with his Juris Doctor Degree at the Ateneo Law School in 2017. He is currently focused on corporate and commercial transactions, publicly listed company compliance, energy, data privacy, immigration, estate settlement, labor, and litigation.
